Douglas Ollivant

Douglas A. Ollivant, Ph.D. is a Managing Partner and the Senior Vice President of Mantid International, a global consulting firm with offices in Beirut, Baghdad and Washington D.C. He is also a Senior Fellow at the New America Foundation. A retired Army officer, his last assignment in government was as Director for Iraq at the National Security Council during both the Bush and Obama administrations.
