Episode Notes:

In Syria, U.S.-backed forces have been laying siege to the last ISIS stronghold for weeks, postponing its final assault to allow the evacuation of thousands of civilians. On Sunday, the offensive has resumed.

Craig Whiteside, Associate Professor at the Naval War College and Fellow at the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism at the Hague, catches us up on what's happening now.
