Episode Notes:

LtCol Brian Kerg, commanding officer of Marine Wing Communications Squadron-38, joins Ian Brown to discuss a unique “Think-and-Fight” drill called “Maneuver Chess” that he recently implemented in his unit. “Maneuver Chess” challenges Marines to work through physical fatigue and complex decision-making in order to defeat an opponent actively attempting to do the same against you. “Maneuver Chess” has already garnered significant interest from other units across the Marine Corps, with sufficient demand signal that LtCol Kerg has made the game’s planning materials available here: https://tinyurl.com/Maneuver-Chess
