War on the Rocks is Going Dry

After receiving a deluge of emails on the subject, War on the Rocks is – as of today – disassociating itself from alcohol.  It was fun and often funny to be the world’s only booze-themed foreign policy/defense web magazine, but we now understand that promoting the consumption of alcohol is wrong.  As many of our readers have argued, along with representatives of the Traditional Values Coalition and the American Family Association, it is important that a website focusing on a family issue like war be more sober in its approach.

Thank you for your support. We are always eager to respond to the concerns of our readers.

As soon as our new domain is set up (this also is giving us an opportunity to redesign our website), you can find us at WarWithClubSoda.Com (preview of the new site here).
