Episode Notes:
Vice President JD Vance recently concluded a visit to India, where he met with President Narendra Modi and participated in delegation-level talks. The visit went well — a positive sign for India amidst a trade crisis and deepening Chinese influence in the region — but was quickly overshadowed by a terror attack and developing crisis between India and Pakistan. Arzan Tarapore, a research scholar at Stanford University and a visiting research professor at the U.S. Army War College, joined the Warcast to discuss Vance’s visit and the new trajectory of Indian and regional security.
