Episode Notes:
On Sunday, the Israeli military bombed a camp for displaced Palestinians in the southern Gazan city of Rafah, igniting a fire that killed at least 45 people, many of whom were women and children. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the civilian deaths a “tragic mistake.” Still, the Israel Defense Forces have continued airstrikes on and, now, a ground incursion into Rafah in the past three days. Scott Paul, the associate director for peace and security at Oxfam America, is here to tell us more about the situation on the ground.
