India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar visited Moscow in early November, meeting with his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov, and to co-chair the meeting of the India-Russia Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technical and Cultural Cooperation. To discuss the state of Indian-Russian relations, and what it means for the United States,  Dr. Sharinee Jagtiani joined the WarCast.

Dr. Jagtiani is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the German Institute for Global and Area Studies and an Associate at the Department of Politics and International Relations at Oxford.
