The crisis between Russia and the West shows no sign of moderating as Russia continues its military buildup on the border with Ukraine. U.S. officials are warning European allies that Russia may invade Ukraine, while President Vladimir Putin delivered a speech in which he demanded that NATO halt its eastward expansion.
