This morning, the U.S. and Turkey agree on a Syria "safe zone" operating center, averting an apparently imminent unilateral Turkish military intervention in the north of Syria. Talks started after Turkey said repeatedly it preparing for a unilateral invasion against the Kurdish YPG militia based in Syria.
