Mali’s Government Resigns After Massive Massacre

The entire government of Mali has now resigned following outrage over last month's massacre of 160 villagers by a militia operating in the country. There is also speculation over the extent to which dissolution resulted from the presiding president regarded the outgoing prime minister as a rising political challenge.
