Episode Notes:
On Oct. 25, Serbia held parliamentary elections, and a student-led opposition movement ousted long-time leader Aleksandar Vucic. Serbia’s election is one of the first in a string of important elections in European countries — including Spain, France, Italy, and Poland — that will have significant consequences for European security and foreign relations. Kerry talks with Gesine Weber about Serbia's election, the crucial elections coming up in the next few months, factors driving the rise of far-right parties in some countries and a backlash against them in others, and what it all could mean for the European Union, NATO, and European security more broadly.
