In the third episode of War on the Rocks' 9/11 at 25 series, Nicole invited Bruce Hoffman and Jay Tilden onto the show, both bringing to the table decades of experience working in the federal government on counterterrorism issues. Together, they address how the 9/11 attacks and the years of the Global War on Terror shaped terrorism itself, as well as the ways the United States attempted, and still attempts today, to mitigate the threat.
