Episode Notes:
On June 26, the Lebanese and Israeli governments agreed to a U.S.-brokered deal that envisions a gradual pullback from parts of Lebanese territory tied to the disarming of Hizballah. However, Hizballah was not a party to the agreement and quickly rejected it. Kerry talks with Michael Koplow about the challenges and opportunities that the deal presents and how Israel views U.S.-Iranian negotiations — with an update on the situation in Gaza and the West Bank.
