After a first round of voting last week produced no clear victor, Iran will now hold a rare run-off presidential election to select the country’s new leader. Afshon Ostovar, an associate professor of national security affairs at the Naval Postgraduate School, joined the WarCast to tell us more about the vote and initial results.
