No, it ain’t President Obama’s NSA speech.

When Brent Scowcroft introduced Henry Kissinger last week at the Center for the National Interest’s 20th Anniversary Dinner, he noted that most people – when introducing Kissinger – say “here is a man who needs no introduction.” But that, as Scowcroft noted, is wrong.  Please watch Kissinger’s fascinating remarks on power, strategy, and history after an elegant and personal introduction from Scowcroft.
