Episode Notes:

Wednesday, the Trump Administration imposed new, targeted sanctions on Iran's Foreign Minister, all as the latest rounds of retaliation amidst U.S. maximum pressure campaign.

Emma Ashford, Research Fellow in Defense and Foreign Policy at the Cato Institute, and co-host of the international security podcast, Power Problems, joins the WarCast to discuss the timeline and the value of the Strait now.
