Last Wednesday, the Senate Armed Services Committee released its version of the National Defense Authorization Act, with a strong emphasis on enhancing defense cooperation with India. This comes on the heels of a House amendment that would waive CAATSA sanctions on India’s purchase of Russian S-400 missiles.
