Defense Department Mandates COVID-19 Vaccine

Last week, the Defense Department made COVID-19 vaccinations mandatory for all members of the armed forces. The move came one day after the Food and Drug Administration fully approved the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine. To discuss the mandate, we’re joined today on the Warcast by Hank R. Molinengo. Hank had a 28-year career in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a rear admiral and assistant judge advocate general of the Navy for operations and management. After the Navy, Hank served as senior associate dean of administrative affairs at George Washington University Law School, where he remains a professorial lecturer on law and policy.
