On Sunday, an explosion at Iran's Natanz nuclear facility led to a sudden blackout and a flurry of geopolitical speculation. In subsequent comments Israeli officials appeared to take credit for the attack, which took place as U.S. defense secretary Lloyd Austin arrived in Tel Aviv.
