Episode Notes:

On June 16, North Korea blew up a joint liaison building it shared with South Korean counterparts in Kaesong, North Korea. There were no reported casualties. The explosion was clearly seen from across the border. The move follows a series of threats by Pyongyang against Washington and Seoul.

Terence Roehrig — Professor of National Security Affairs and the Director of the Asia-Pacific Studies Group at the Naval War College — joins the Warcast to discuss the latest developments on the Korean peninsula. Prof. Roehrig’s views are his personal views, and not those of the U.S. government.
