Foreign Fighters after ISIS

November 1, 2017

Episode Notes:

As the Islamic State continues to lose its territory, most of its foreign fighters will be forced to move on. They might stay, return home, flee somewhere else, or choose to fight in another conflict, such as the Philippines. Tiffany Chu, a doctoral candidate in the School of Government and Public Policy at the University of Arizona, discusses her research on foreign fighters committing terrorist attacks after the conflict they joined ends.
