Where’s the Best #NatSec Conversation Today?

Marine-eyes

We’ve suspended our normal publishing schedule today to highlight where the real, deep conversation on national security and defense is happening: in the War Hall and our weekly WarCasts. These are available exclusively to anyone to subscribes to our low-cost ($4.99) monthly membership program. It only takes a minute to sign up.

Our membership is a must if you work in or care a lot about national security. It is designed to help you keep your finger on the pulse of geopolitics and engage directly with experts, veterans, former officials, and some of the world’s top security scholars. Whether you yourself are in one of these buckets or if you are just passionate and curious about these issues, this membership is for you.

The War Hall is a closed online forum where we are constantly interacting. In the hall, we do everything from run a strategy book club to provide exclusive analysis of the week-to-week grind of the Syrian civil war to share our favorite leadership lessons. This forum avoids all the pitfalls of Twitter (140 character limit, trolls, too public, etc), Facebook (not all friends are obsessed with national security), and e-mail (too many!), while combining the strengths of each. The WarCasts are live, weekly geopolitical briefs in which editor-in-chief Ryan Evans hosts a rotating cast of three experts. Our members watching live can submit questions during the briefing, or just watch later at your leisure.

Finally, our membership is the best way you can support War on the Rocks and ensure our articles stay free for all to read.
